HARDOX450 Swedish SSAB welding wear-resistant steel

"1" HARDOX 450 is a wear-resistant steel plate with a Brinell hardness of 450HB. It has good cold bending properties and is mainly used in anti-wear conditions. The HARDOX 450 has very good solderability.

"2" HARDOX welding up to 450 for dump trucks, containers, crushers, sieve plates, feeders, feed funnels, hoists, blades, conveyors, buckets, blades, gears, sprockets, etc.

"3" HARDOX450 wear-resistant steel is: "fine grained steel."

"5" HARDOX450 wear steel mechanical properties: yield strength Re = 1200MPa. Tensile strength Rm = 1400 MPa. Elongation A5 = 10% (typical value of 20 mm thick steel plate).

Because of its high hardness, high strength and high toughness, "10" is an ideal choice for those with severe wear and tear. The high wear resistance of the steel plate extends the service life of the dump truck body, the bucket of the excavator, the crusher and the like.

The hardness of the "11" steel plate is obtained by an effective quenching process on our water quenching line. This method achieves both higher hardness and lower alloy composition in the steel. The resulting wear plates are easy to machine, bend and weld. Uses: Dump truck body, vibrating screen, feed hopper, bucket, blade, bucket, scraper conveyor, gears, etc.
