High-strength wear-resistant steel plate is a high-strength building material. In the engineering construction industry, it is usually encountered, and there are still many specifications of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates on the market. As we all know, since the main material of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate is chromium alloy, its hardness is very high. The main uses of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates and the methods to improve their wear resistance are as follows:

1. Construction machinery and equipment: loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side blade plate, bucket floor, blade and plate.

2. In order to improve the work hardening ability of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates, four researches have been carried out over the years to improve the wear resistance of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates.


1. Grain refinement to promote the increase of dislocation density under stress state.


2. Reduce the Mn content to reduce the austenite stability of the high-strength wear-resistant steel sheet and achieve the ability to accelerate work hardening.


3. Adding Cr, m, V, Ti and other elements to improve the performance of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates, basically disperse and precipitate carbides in austenite to improve wear resistance.


4. On the one hand, the addition of rare earth elements can refine the grains, and more importantly, reduce the stacking fault energy and increase the processing capacity.


The wear-resistant layer of the high-hardness wear-resistant steel plate is mainly composed of chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium, and nickel are also added. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed in the form of fibers, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. The microhardness of carbide can reach hvl700-2000, and the surface hardness can reach HRC 58-62. Alloy carbides have strong stability at high temperatures, maintain high hardness, and have good oxidation resistance. It can be used normally at 500℃. High hardness wear-resistant steel plate has high wear resistance and good impact performance. It can be cut, bent and welded, and can be connected to other structures by welding, plug welding and bolting, saving time and convenience during maintenance. Widely used in metallurgy, coal, cement, electricity, glass, mining, building materials, brick and other industries. Compared with other materials, it has a high cost performance and is favored by more and more industries and manufacturers.
